Retail Team Leader: Energetic, People-First Store Leader

Poundland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in guiding the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience for customers daily.

You will help create a welcoming store, manage deliveries and merchandising, and support daily operations to keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse. We value energy, organisation and a passion for people and service.
