Retail Team Leader: Customer Service & Store Ops

As a Team Leader within Waitrose, part of the John Lewis Partnership in Guernsey, you will ensure exceptional customer service while maximizing sales. You'll lead a team by supporting various shop tasks and managing customer orders for home delivery.
