The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.
What you'll do- Welcoming of retail customers, ensure till orders are being taken correctly and ensure the food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with retail stand manager regarding matchday operations
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management and completion of paperwork.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
- £16.50 per hour
- Flexible working
- Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
