Retail Team Leader - Store Floor & Training Champion

Søstrene Grene is seeking a proactive Supervisor for our flagship Tottenham Court Road store in London. This 20-hour-per-week role focuses on leading the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the management team.

You will manage workflow, delegate tasks, train new starters, handle opening/closing as keyholder, assist with staff scheduling, handle deliveries, POS transactions, cashing up, and resolving customer complaints.
