Retail Team Leader - Lead Service, People & Growth

Asda in Eastleigh is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations in the store department. You will lead by example, support teammates, manage stock, and help new starters while ensuring customers receive excellent service.

You'll work with the manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and handle problems on the shop floor. Strong communication and flexibility to cover weekends/evenings are required.
