Retail Team Leader - Lead a Busy Store & Delight Customers

Asda in Harlow is looking for a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of the department on days shifts. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and help deliver the best possible service to customers.

You'll work closely with your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated and focused, while welcoming new starters and solving problems on the shop floor. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive pay rate and a 36-hour weekly schedule.
