Retail Team Leader - Ladieswear, High-Volume London Store

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Deputy Manager for one of London's busiest ladieswear stores. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, onboard and develop team members, coach colleagues, and ensure stock management, visual standards, health & safety and compliance are maintained. You'll analyze performance and implement action plans to grow the business.
