Poundland is seeking a motivated Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in leading the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience. You will help create a welcoming store, manage deliveries, merchandising and daily operations, and maintain high standards on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
