Retail Team Leader - Drive Sales & Customer Experience

Superdrug Stores in Manchester is looking for a part-time Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, drive sales and maintain exceptional store standards. You'll support the management team with daily operations, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role includes stock control, loss prevention and hitting targets in a busy retail environment. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a solid understanding of KPIs, and a willingness to train in piercing services.
