Retail Team Lead: Accelerate Sales & Guest Experience

Charles Tyrwhitt in Greenhithe (Bluewater) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and driving KPI performance.

You will manage and coach the sales team, build relationships with customers including corporate clients and wedding parties, and oversee stock, operations, and reporting in partnership with the Store Manager.
