Retail Team Lead - Service & Sales Growth

Clarks Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in guiding our retail team, enhancing customer service, and executing daily operations. You'll be a hands-on leader ensuring the store runs smoothly and achieves performance targets.

You'll coordinate with teams, drive KPIs, and maintain strong communication across departments in a fast-paced retail environment while working a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
