Retail Team Lead - Customer Experience & Sales

Chartwells Independent is recruiting a Retail Team Leader to join the Senate House UOL team in London. You will lead a front-of-house shift, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service across a busy café environment.

The role is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £36,500 per annum. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and a passion for delivering great food and service.
