Retail Talent Acquisition Partner - 24-Month FTC

SEPHORA UK is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for its expanding retail footprint across the UK. You will build and nurture talent pipelines, lead in-person assessment centres, and deliver candidate experiences that reflect SEPHORA's employer brand.

You'll partner with Retail Leaders and HR, forecast hiring needs, and manage high volumes with data-driven insights while travelling regularly to support events and openings across the country.
