Retail Talent Acquisition Partner - 24-Month FTC

SEPHORA UK is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support a 24-month fixed-term project across the retail footprint. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Beauty Advisor roles, build talent pipelines, and design innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

You'll partner with Retail Leaders and HR, facilitate assessment centres, and travel across the UK to attend hiring events and store openings, delivering an engaging candidate experience throughout.
