About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands on experience within a dynamic retail environment. Based in store with scope to travel, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Retail by combining data analysis with day to day operational and administrative support.

You will help translate data into actionable insights, identify business trends, and highlight opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience.

Please note a drivers licence is required for this vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse retail performance data to identify trends and insights
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to support decision making
• Assist the Head of Retail with administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and communications
• Monitor retail KPIs and flag risks or opportunities for improvement
• Support planning and execution of retail initiatives and promotions
• Work closely with store teams to understand operational challenges and performance drivers
• Provide data driven recommendations to enhance sales, efficiency, and customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

Skills & Experience

• Recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
• Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confident communicator, able to work with both store teams and senior stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and interest in retail trends
