Retail Supervisor (Part-Time) - Lead & Develop Team

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor for our Canvey Island store. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach colleagues, and help drive exceptional service and sales.

The role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with 16 hours per week and potential to take on additional hours. We welcome applicants with 1+ year of retail experience who enjoy developing others, and who are passionate about our products.
