Retail Supervisor: Lead Store, Drive Sales & Growth

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team in a fast paced high street store. You will motivate colleagues, drive sales, manage day to day store operations, and deliver the level of customer service that keeps customers coming back.

Hours are 16 per week with potential to work more; benefits include holiday allowance and staff discount. Training is provided, including piercing services if required, and you will work with the store management team to hit targets and maintain standards.
