What you'll do

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. As a retail supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but if you take real pride in what you and the team do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

Day to day

• SupportingWhether it's standing in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team or coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking inChecking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering great serviceProviding a great customer experience with a smile on your face - no matter how busy you are and coaching the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationshipsMaking sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environmentMaintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
