Retail Supervisor (Limerick Area)

Salary: €35,000 - €38,000 per annum

The Retail Supervisor supports the store manager in overseeing daily operations across assigned locations in the Limerick area. This role focuses on leading team members, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities Floor Operations

• Supervise staff: Guide team members and delegate daily retail tasks.
• Customer service: Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Store standards: Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized shop floors.

Stock & Cash Control

• Inventory tracking: Assist with stock counts, ordering, and deliveries.
• Cash handling: Open and close tills, manage floats, and drop cash.

Compliance

• Store safety: Ensure the team follows health and safety guidelines.
• Security protocols: Monitor stock loss and follow opening/closing security steps.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail or grocery.
• Skills: Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexibility: Available to work changing retail shift patterns.
