Location: RAF Leeming, Northallerton DL7 9NJ
Pay: £13.35/hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, (5 days out of 7, including some weekends).
Shift times: Mon-Fri (06:30-14:00 or 14:00-21:30), Sat-Sun (07:30-15:0 or 14:00-21:30).
We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our friendly team at RAF Leeming. If you're passionate about delivering great service and ready to take the lead, this could be the perfect role for you!

- The successful applicant will be expected to manage shifts which includes taking responsibility for the post office counter as well as the store whilst on duty.
- Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in your manager's absence ensuring that customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste.
- You've lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous retail or supervisory experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills and customer focus matter most!
