Retail Supervisor (16 hrs) - Lead & Delight Customers

Deichmann UK is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for our Sheffield store to work 16 hours per week. The role offers an hourly rate up to £12.91 and a non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, open/close the store, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales while ensuring stock is well-presented and accurately managed.
