Retail Supervisor - Team Lead, Frontline Operations

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of Defence operations on a full-time basis, contracting to 37.5 hours per week. You will supervise a team, manage deliveries, tills, rotas, and stock, while upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have frontline supervision experience, strong customer service, and a can-do attitude capable of thriving under pressure in a busy environment.
