Your mission

We're seeking a driven and adaptable Supervisor to oversee a high-performing team of merchandisers across Limerick. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong local retailer relationships while managing your own time in a dynamic field environment.

  • Location: Role is based in Limerick
  • Transport: Own car essential - fuel card provided.
  • Weekends (Sat & Sun): 4-hours each - morning shift
  • Total 8 Hours
Your Role Team & Performance Management
  • Support and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
  • Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Scheduling & Coverage
  • Complete field visits to territory locations.
  • Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.
Retail Execution
  • Oversee all merchandising and orders.
  • Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.
