Retail Supervisor - FMCG

We're seeking a driven and adaptable Field Manager to oversee a high-performing team of merchandisers across Cork and Limerick. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong local retailer relationships while managing your own time in a dynamic field environment.

While this role requires availability across 7 days, you have the freedom to build your own schedule-as long as it aligns with business needs and key trading times. This role is built on trust and outcomes. If you work additional hours, you'll have the flexibility to take that time back. We care about impact, not just hours on the clock.

• Location: Role is based in Cork with regular weekly travel to Limerick
• Transport: Own car essential - fuel card provided.

Your Role Team & Performance Management

• Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
• Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.

Scheduling & Coverage

• Manage weekly rosters and leave to ensure full coverage across your territory.
• Complete field visits to territory locations.
• Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.

Retail Execution

• Oversee all merchandising and orders.
• Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.

Strategic Communication

• Collaborate with Brand Representatives and internal stakeholders to align on goals.
• Share insights and opportunities to continually elevate team and client outcomes.
