Retail Store Ops Lead - Fashion & Activewear

TALA is looking for a hands-on Stockroom/Store Ops role adjacent to backroom and stock handling at our London/Bicester Village location. You will own the end-to-end stock flow from goods in to selling floor, ensuring accurate ticketing, pricing and floor-ready standards.

You will lead a small team, optimise processes for high-volume throughput, and partner with the Store Manager on campaigns, replenishment and omnichannel fulfilment while upholding health and safety standards.
