• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines .

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback .
• Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration .
• Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards .

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail .

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability .

Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and people management skills .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment .

Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
