Pharmacy Store Manager - Hickey's Pharmacy

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Store Manager to join our Hickey's Pharmacy team in Henry Street. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of your store, motivating your team, and nurturing the Hickey's Pharmacy culture in line with our Core Values - Ambition, Positive Teamwork, Customer Care, Professionalism and Reliability.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer and team service.
• Manage stock and cash in line with company procedures.
• Supervise and manage day to day store operations.
• Understand and meet the commercial needs of the business.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure efficient store operations, cost management and rostering.
• Perform effective performance management of colleagues, including appraisals, coaching, motivation and mentoring.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or People Manager. Pharmacy setting preferable but not essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in a busy environment, handling challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, driven attitude with strong commercial acumen.
• Decision making ability and sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
• Previous dispensary experience preferred.
