Retail Store Manager

The Role

As the Store Manager you'll lead and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise performance. You will create exciting in store promotions and experiences, ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management, drive sales through promotions, merchandising and stock control, and ensure the smooth running of the store.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Fresh ideas from previous retail management experience, ideally 2+ years.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• A results driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers - with full training provided (optional).

Hours

39 hours per week.

Shift Pattern

Full time with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary

Up to £46,000 per annum.
