DescriptionAre you great at making people feel comfortable? Can you lead, inspire and motivate a team? Are you passionate about customers receiving a first class customer experience? If the answer is 'yes' then we have the role for you! We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Farnborough. As a Store Manager, you'll be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service. As a Store Manager you can earn up to £50,000.00 with commission.
What does the role involve?- Manage the day to day operation of the store
- Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
- Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to do perform at their best
- Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
- Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
- Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Review and manage your team's performance
- Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation

- Experience of leading and developing a team in a sales driven environment
