Reporting To: Regional Manager

Compensation: £38,500 / year

Description

Are you great at making people feel comfortable? Can you lead, inspire and motivate a team? Are you passionate about customers receiving a first class customer experience? If the answer is 'yes' then we have the role for you! We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Farnborough. As a Store Manager, you'll be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service. As a Store Manager you can earn up to £50,000.00 with commission.

What does the role involve?
  • Manage the day to day operation of the store
  • Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
  • Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to do perform at their best
  • Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
  • Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
  • Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
  • Recruit, train and develop your team
  • Review and manage your team's performance
  • Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
