Retail Store Manager - Lead, Motivate & Earn Commission

Deichmann UK is seeking a Store Manager for our Cowley, Oxford store. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, customer facing retail environment and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.

You will oversee stock, merchandising, and KPI delivery while driving staff development and recruitment. Salary is £31,500 per annum with monthly commission and annual bonuses, on-site work, and opportunities for progression.
