Retail Store Experience Leader

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for our Crayford/Dartford store. The role covers end-to-end customer experience from checkout to back of house, with responsibility for front-end operations and, where applicable, petrol station management.

You will lead and coach a team, drive KPIs, and ensure schedules and pay are accurate, delivering a high standard of customer service and store performance.
