Retail Store Ambassador Customer Service & Upselling

One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, is seeking an experienced Team Member for its Gartloch Road store in Glasgow. You will be an ambassador for the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and supporting a successful team.

Responsibilities include ensuring stock, accuracy of labeling, promotions, and high-quality customer service at the till. A flexible, can-do attitude and prior retail or customer service experience are valued.
