Retail Station Manager: Lead Teams, Sales & Compliance

Highland Fuels Ltd is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead our store operations across our Scotland network. You will oversee staff, drive sales performance and ensure adherence to company processes and regulatory standards.

The role includes recruitment, training, scheduling, security and contractor oversight to maintain high service levels. We are a long-standing Scottish fuel supplier with 11 depots and 15 retail forecourts, supplying home heating oil and fuels across sectors.
