Retail Shop Lead - Motivate Team & Drive Sales

Mind Retail is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and team, including volunteers, to drive sales and shop performance. You will run the shop when the Manager is away, maintain high standards and deliver outstanding customer service within a community-focused store.
