Retail Security Officer - Tesco Partnership

Location: Catterick Garrison, DL9 3EN

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday rolling rota

Requirement: Valid SIA Licence / Own transport required

About The Role

Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is looking for confident, professional, and reliable Retail Security Officers to support Tesco stores in the Catterick Garrison area.

This is a permanent position working as part of an established team, providing a strong and visible security presence to help maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment within Tesco stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrolling Tesco stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
  • Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
  • Monitoring premises and responding to incidents
  • Completing accurate reports and recording observations
  • Supporting Tesco colleagues with store security requirements
  • Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
What We're Looking For
  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Own transport required
  • Driving licence preferred
  • Full 5-year checkable work history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, confident, and reliable approach
  • Good attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Previous security experience desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
