Retail Security Officer - Visible Deterrence & Customer Care

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer based in Darlington to protect customers, staff and stock on a busy retail site. You will patrol, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents, ensuring a safe shopping environment.

The role requires a valid SIA licence (DS or Security Guarding), Right to Work in the UK, and the ability to undergo DBS/BS7858 clearance. Shifts include weekends and evenings, and you will work closely with store management to deter theft and maintain security.
