Retail Security Officer - Protect People & Stock

B&M Retail Limited in Harrow and Colindale is looking for a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

You will monitor the store, operate CCTV in line with policy, support Health & Safety, investigate stock loss, theft and fraud, and engage with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly.
