Retail Security Officer - Calm, Proactive 40+hrs/wk

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for M&S Crown Point in Leeds. You will ensure store safety, deter loss and respond to incidents, while delivering friendly customer service to shoppers and colleagues.

The role requires vigilance in a fast-paced retail environment, good communication skills, and a proactive approach. A valid SIA licence is preferred but not essential; full-time hours and guaranteed over 40 per week are provided.
