Retail Security & Investigations Liaison

Poundland Limited in the West Midlands is seeking an External Crime Support Partner at our Walsall Customer Support Centre, five days per week. You will review CCTV footage, prepare evidence, support investigations and identify repeat offenders, while liaising with stores, law enforcement and internal stakeholders to protect colleagues, customers and the business across our estate.

You'll contribute to incident reviews, help support prosecutions where appropriate and uphold CCTV standards
