Retail Security & Customer Service Lead

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Security Officer for Asda Worcester. The role involves delivering excellent customer service while keeping the store safe and secure, deter theft, and support a positive shopping environment.

You will patrol the premises, monitor CCTV, liaise with store management and police when needed, and uphold high standards consistent with Mitie's policies and training.
