Retail Security & BOH Compliance Lead

Mitie Group plc is seeking an experienced Security Officer Compliance at Cabot Circus Shopping Centre in Bristol. You will perform BOH inspections, ensure compliance with fire safety and health & safety standards, and support on-site security operations to protect people and assets.

The role requires delivering guidance to retailers, documenting inspections, and working with the team to maintain a safe, compliant shopping environment. A valid SIA licence and clear communication are essential.
