The Opportunity and RoleAs a result of growth and expansion in recent years, Sonas Bathrooms is now recruiting for an additional Retail Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Dublin Area.
The role is to continuously improve sales across our retail channel and work closely with our Retail Merchant Partners to achieve this.

- Develop and grow strategic partnerships with the retailers in the bathroom sector across your assigned region.
- Increase SONAS Bathrooms market share within the retail channel through proactive business development and account management.
- Research, identify and harvest high potential opportunities for Sonas Bathrooms within the marketplace.
- Effectively utilise the SONAS Bathrooms CRM system to support opportunity management and pipeline conversion.
- Maximise the use of company resources, tools and support functions to achieve commercial objectives.
- Promote the product and service solutions available from SONAS Bathrooms to all key marketplace personas.
- Build distribution and brand call for the SONAS Bathroom portfolio.
- Represent the company at selected trade events and industry exhibitions to support lead generation and demand creation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise forecast accuracy and effective execution.
- Resolve commercial and operational challenges in support of both company objectives and the needs of our partners in market.
- Strong sales capability with a customer-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of core financial principles relevant to sales performance.
- Ability to analyse market data, trends, and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.Strong relationship and rapport building.

- Minimum of 2 years of working in relevant retail sales or general field sales.
