Retail Sales & Service Leader

Clarks Outlet Gretna is seeking a hands-on Store Leader to support the Store Manager in running daily operations and steering the sales team to meet commercial goals. You will deputise in the manager's absence and uphold service standards.

You will coach the team, manage store performance, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment while driving sales and product knowledge. This is a full-time on-site role at Gretna Gateway.
