Retail Risk & Control Leader

OSB Group is seeking a Head of Business Risk & Control (Retail) to lead the Retail risk framework and partner with the Retail ELT to drive safe, sustainable growth through robust risk management and customer-focused decision making.

Reporting to the Group Controls Office Director, you will embed a mature first-line risk capability across governance, product and conduct risk, while guiding strategic change initiatives and strengthening regulatory compliance.
