Retail Property & Facilities Leader - Network & Leases

PPG Industries in the UK is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee all property matters for the UK mainland stores. You will drive commercial performance to meet sales, margin and cost targets, lead lease negotiations, and support store network development and cost-saving initiatives.

You will report to the National Commercial Operations Manager and collaborate with finance, store development, and regional teams to optimize investments and refurbishments.
