Retail Ops Process & Policy Lead - 12mo FTC

Halfords is seeking an Operations Process & Policy SME for a 12-month FTC based in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role focuses on embedding new processes, policies and propositions across Retail and Group Services, working with the Change Manager to map journeys and drive improvement.

You will shape operational solutions, coordinate readiness, and collaborate with Training and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and go-live with minimal disruption.
