Retail Operations Leader: Inventory, People & Profit

ALO Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in our Dublin store. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to orchestrate inventory, scheduling, and guest experience on the shop floor.

You'll lead by example, recruit and develop the team, and use data to inform decisions. A willingness to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and work opening/closing on weekends is essential.
