Retail Operations Lead - School Shops & Cafés

The Deputy Retail Operations Manager at Repton School will support the Retail Operations Manager in delivering and running the school's retail outlets, including the coffee shops and the School shop. You will lead the retail teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience across all sites.

This role requires coordinating with stakeholders to ensure resources meet service level agreements, and serving as the initial contact for all user groups.
