Retail Operations & Stock Associate

Marks & Spencer plc in Cambridge is seeking an Operations Assistant to support stock, deliveries and behind the scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers. This is a physically demanding, high intensity role that requires focus and teamwork.

You will work across store functions, use digital tools to track deliveries, and adapt quickly to pace and demand, including flexible scheduling and weekend/evening shifts.
