Retail Media Lead - Beauty Brand Partnerships

THG Beauty in London is seeking a Retail Media Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will develop and own the retail media strategy across digital platforms for a portfolio of beauty brands, aligning with calendars and ecommerce goals.

You'll manage end-to-end campaigns, oversee third-party media deliverables and budgets, and collaborate across marketing, buying and merchandising to optimize ROAS and conversions.
